"This office is amazing! We have been both former customers and new customers now after returning to Virginia. Lynn and Sydney have been incredibly supportive of helping juggle the policy changes from state to state, sending gentle payment reminders, and helping get us set up with auto-pay. We were disappointed that we could not get a renters insurance policy in the Virginia Beach area, and learned that many homes are no longer able to be covered due to their proximity to the ocean, costal flooding, and general increased risk and damage from hurricanes, so we may have to find another company for those essentials when the time comes."

"Debbie and Jody, two of the ladies who work under Rhonda are fabulous and easy to talk to. I've never had a bad experience with Rhonda's team and I've been with them from back when I was under my parents insurance as a teen. I moved down to nc a bit ago and had to go with a different group, but I'm happy I'm back now and catching up with a team who knows me and genuinely cares. "I’ve been with Rhonda for about 10 years for home and auto insurance. Luckily I've never had to file a claim, but I have had a lot of questions and changes over the years. "Poor communication on all levels. Rate change over $60/month with no explanation. Rude response to questions. Very bad all around. Looking for another agent now."

"Hi Craig, after getting a 5-star review from you a short time ago, I was surprised to see your most recent 1-star review. I've reviewed our notes and spoken with my team to find out how we may have failed to provide you the 5-star service that others feel they have received. You emailed us at 4:31 pm on 7/21 about your rate increase concerns. My team member emailed you back at 4:50 p.m. on that Friday and asked what would be a good time the following week to review your policies and look for ways to reduce your premiums. There was no response from you. On Aug. 2nd, my office mgr. left a VM on your wife's phone to give us a call to chat or set up an appt. (no response). Yes...your auto rates have increased on both of your cars, but our office has no control over this. Since you only want to communicate by email, it's hard to explain all the factors that are involved in auto rate changes in writing. Much easier to discuss by phone or in person.....which is not your preference. Our records show we responded promptly to each and every email you sent us. I am truly sorry that you feel we have not provided you the service that you expect, but I do see that MY OFFICE TEAM has responded to you promptly each & every time you reached out to us by email. Craig, since you live in Suffolk and we are in Virginia Beach, it might be more convenient for you to find an agent closer to you. We can transfer your accounts to any agent you chose.
